Each Sunday, after the 10 a.m. worship service, the adults of the parish are welcome to engage with teachers, Bible Study, mixed-media teaching series and local professors as they wrestle with the theological issues of the day.
Adult Formation for Spring 2026: Live Unreservedly in the World — Sundays, at 11:15 a.m. (Conference Room)
The letters from prison of St. Paul and Dietrich Bonhoeffer
This study provides one passage from Bonhoeffer and one from Paul and asks three questions to be pondered during each session. Selections from Paul’s letters are taken from The Message, a new translation by Eugene Peterson that attempts to match biblical idiomatic and cultural references to our contemporary idioms. Bonhoeffer selections are from Letters and Papers from Prison.
It is the purpose of this set of discussions to make us aware that our lives in Christ are not compartmentalized; one should also become aware that our common ministry as compassionate disciples of Christ is found in our everyday life, be it at work, home or church.
